Scheme Documentation - Extension

From July 31, 2025, the SURE-EU scheme documentation will also be available in German and Polish.

From Thursday July 31st, 2025, the SURE scheme documentation will also be available in German and Polish.

The Self-Declarations (SD) for forestry and agricultural producers in Versions 3.1 (for all languages based on the current English and mandatory versions) and for waste and residue producers will also be available in English, German, Spanish, Czech and Polish.

The changes to the SD from the previous version relate to:

  • All SD: agreement to pass on information to the UDB, editorial adjustments
  • GERMAN SD Forst: Translation “old growth forest” = “Altwald”
  • GERMAN SD AGRI GAP conditionality: Adjustments in point 6 “Calculation of greenhouse gas balance”. Text differentiated according to German requirements.

Self-Declarations already obtained in the previous version can remain valid.

The system documentation (scheme principles and technical guidances) will soon also be available in Spanish. We will of course inform you about the publication.

Please note: Only the English version of the documentation is binding. All other languages are provided as read-only versions for better understanding. In cases of doubt, the English wording applies.
