The BLE provides information

In its 24th Nabisy information letter, the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE) announced that, effective June 1, 2026, there will be changes to the application process for the subsequent issuance of proofs of sustainability (POS) in Nabisy. 

If you wish to submit an application for subsequent issuance of POS for a quarter, you may do so only until the end of the second month of the following quarter. 

Applications for subsequent issuance of POS for all (earlier) quarters up to and including Q1/2027 will therefore only be accepted by the BLE until May 31, 2027, via email to nabisy@ble.de. 

The rule regarding the 30-day grace period after the end of the quarter, during which POS can still be issued in Nabisy by yourself, remains unaffected by this change. 

Please note that the interfaces are required to issue POS in Nabisy correctly and on time. The BLE will process requests for applications for subsequent issuance within the limits of our available capacity. Nabisy users have no legal entitlement to subsequent issuance of POS by the BLE.
